Macit Ufuk Atay

Diplom-Ingenieur (graduate engineer), he has overseen national and international investment and construction projects in Central & Eastern Europe as well as North Africa. His involvement in the real estate management sector began during his studies in Facility Management. Throughout his later career, he has worked in various areas, including Property Management, Asset Management, and Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM). He is a co-founder of MACTAY GmbH and, as a member of the management, is responsible for the areas of Technology and Business Development.

Cihan Koç

Mr. Cihan Koç can look back on more than 23 years of professional experience as an architect and industrial engineer. His professional activities cover a broad spectrum along the entire value chain in the real estate and construction industry. During his career, he has held management positions at various group companies. He is responsible for the areas of architecture, sustainable construction, project management and business development.
